Snowmobile routes: The city of Grand Forks has released the 2008-2009 snowmobile routes. Snowmobiles are allowed on designated routes only in Grand Forks city limits. The fine for violating snowmobile rules in city limits is $131.

America’s Most Wanted: Tonight’s “America’s Most Wanted” television program will feature North Dakota native and Bismarck resident Jodi Richter in a special interview and report on methamphetamine trafficking in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Richter formerly was on the “Most Wanted” list, but through a series of events came to the North Dakota Teen Challenge, where she experienced a recovery from drugs and a complete transformation in her life.

“America’s Most Wanted” will air on Grand Forks cable Channel 10 at 8 p.m.

Road signs: The North Dakota Department of Transportation will install four new

electronic message signs along the border crossing on Interstate 29 near Pembina, N.D., and at Exit 161 on Interstate 94 near Bismarck.

The department plans to place more of these digital signs in strategic areas across the state to alert motorists of road closures, travel advisories and Amber Alert emergencies.
